In addition to Greenville and its immediate surrounding communities, our congregation includes residents of Kinston, Rocky Mount, Tarboro, Goldsboro, Washington, and New Bern.

Bayt Shalom is affiliated with both the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism and the Union for Reform Judiasm.

The congregation's Rabbi is Nicole Luna -

Congregation president:

We value and appreciate any donation you'd like to make to the synagogue.
Many contribute to a congregation to mark a life-cycle event. This might be in honor of one recently departed; in recognition of another member's accomplishment (a bar/bat mitzvah is one example); or really anything at all.

If you send a message to, we will make sure anyone honored by such a contribution will receive a note to let them know the name of the donor and reason for the donation.
